Sweet-savory taste that will satisfy everyone.

Ingredients

2 x 250g Pork Chops, ½ inch thick (we used Nagano)

1/2 apple granny smith, thinly sliced

2 tbsp. olive oil, divided

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 slices white cheddar

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

Balsamumm original to taste

Preparation

Using a sharp knife, make an incision in the meat, horizontally, from the bone to the sides, to form a cavity that will be stuffed. Spread apple slices in each incision with 1 tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper.

In a large saucepan, add crushed garlic and 1 tbsp. olive oil. Cover, and sear on medium-high heat 4 to 7 minutes on each side or according to the thickness of meat. Add a slice of cheddar on each chop, cover and continue cooking 1 minutes.
